Customized solutions

As a client we meet you where you are on your sustainability journey and develop practical and tailor-made solutions.

Value adding solutions

We do not work with pre-defined products because the needs of a company or investor are always unique. We draw on our hands-on our experience from many years at companies like Novo Nordisk, Ørsted and Chr. Hansen, leading management consultancies such as McKinsey and international organizations to develop the right solution together with you.

As sustainability experts we have knowledge of sustainability and ESG frameworks, standards and regulations.

Examples are Science Based Targets Initiative, CSRD and EU Taxonomy. More importantly we know how to translate theory and frameworks to tangible solutions.

As communication professionals we have delivered strong marketing results, led large scale rebrandings such as the Ørsted rebranding and developed impactful public affairs strategies.

Below are some of the solutions we have experience with.

What sustainability means to us

We mention sustainability many times. But what does it actually mean to us?

Toward sustainability and regenerative leadership

Behind the solutions we develop with our clients is a love for the everyday lives we have. For our families, friends and the communities we call home. For access to quality education, decent jobs and a doctor who tends to our children when they are sick. For clean air and water and wild nature.

Planetary and social boundaries

We want to preserve that live but we also want more people around the world to have access to the same.

This requires that we operate within the planetary and social boundaries. And in its essence that is what sustainability means to us.

But presently, we operate beyond these boundaries in areas such as excessive carbon emissions, biodiversity risks, and social inequalities. If we continue in that way it will undermine our everyday lives. We must transform our societies, so we operate within the boundaries.

The crucial role of business

Business has played an important role in pushing us outside the boundaries – and can equally get us back within the boundaries. We firmly believe that businesses can drive a societal transformation to a more sustainable future. The traditional profit-centric approach, detached from environmental and societal concerns, is changing.

Net positive impact

Companies and investors have started to see the need for business models aligned with planetary and social limits. Their aim is to have a net positive impact, actively contributing to environmental and societal restoration.

To achieve sustainability and create a net positive impact, businesses must adopt transformative practices. Many are embracing this shift, emphasising environmental and social improvement, where profits follow from that.

Regenerative leadership

Business leaders are also looking at their own ways of working to increasingly live balanced lives and contribute to healthy company cultures.

We welcome the trend of regenerative leadership and want to experiment with it ourselves. We are not there yet. And we have a lot to learn. But we are eager to start the journey and invite colleagues and clients with us along the way. Read more about us and our own ways of working here.
