Broad experience

When advising clients, big and small, I draw on my experience from Chr. Hansen, Novo Nordisk, COWI, Danish Industries, The World Bank, The International Finance Corporation, The US Congress and The DK Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where I have touched on all elements of sustainability, from sourcing, to sales to engaging Boards

My big crush

I have acted as Chair at the Danish Industries Sustainability Committee and the UN Global Compact Nordic Network and love to engage in the public debate on sustainability and talk about latest trends on my Podcast: Bæredygtig

At all dinner conversations I tend to talk too much about regenerative leadership and my crush on Chat GPT and other AI tools. ​

I have an LLM in Law and a Masters in Sociology and a lot of leadership programs that I can draw from when advising clients on organizational development. ​

Why I am passionate about Koral

I am passionate about creating a company focused on regenerative leadership. For me that means that we have more energy at the end the work-day than when we started and that we inspire companies to become Net Positive.

Personally, I try to live a balanced life with time for those I love and my dog. I do not always succeed, but my best ritual is to start every morning, with a walk in the local forest. That gives me energy.
